Each flow is composed live, unfolding in real time through presence, breath, and awareness — softening the body, quieting the mind, inviting deeper connection, and awakening curiosity.
Rooted in over a decade of meditation practice, including Vipassanā retreats in Nepal, Zen training at the Daifukuji Sōtō Zen Mission, and study with Spirit Rock and the Plum Village tradition of Thích Nhất Hạnh, Sonic Flow is guided by presence rather than technique.
Sonic Flow is open to people of all backgrounds and does not require prior experience with meditation or Buddhism. Each session is unique and unrepeatable, and is available for individuals or groups, in person or online.
